Process oriented approach
RND has an independent QA department that keeps a constant check on quality and ensures there is advancing learning, quality improvement, and knowledge exchange to improve results. This department implements a rigorous system of quality assurance checks because of which RND is able to offer superior quality transcription and customer service.
The Quality Assessment Department conducts daily quality audits. Our quality systems are ISO driven and all of our internal reviewing, editing, and QA standards are determined by the AAMT Book of Style. However we will also customize to your requirements.

Chairman of RND
Mr. G. R. Karthikeyan, Chairman of RND, is a seasoned businessman whose family has been in business and charity for more than 90 years. He is also the Chairman of Leap Green Energy, a wind energy company in which J P Morgan has invested more than $150 M. Karthikeya Spinning Mills, owned and managed by Mr. Karthikeyan, is one of the leading Textile mills in India.

Managing Director
Ms. Deepika Srihari, Managing Director, is a Management Graduate from a Management School in UK. She is the founder of RND. She understood and identified the need for services in the Healthcare Sector in the year 1998, and RND began rendering services from 1999.
Mr. Srihari Balakrishnan
Co-founder of RND
Mr. Srihari Balakrishnan, Co - founder of RND, is a postgraduate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cornell. He is the founder of K G Denim and KG Fabriks , the second largest denim manufacturer in India. He also manages more than 7 Textile Mills including spinning and weaving units employing about 4000 people.
Dr.Rajesh Raghupathi
CEO
A doctorate in microbiology, he was drawn into the company to set - up and build medical transcription business. From being the first employee, he used his entrepreneurial skills, knowledge, and energy to grow the business into the current 650 people strong company serving customers in The US, UK, Australia, Canada, and India.
THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
We have an incredibly stable management team. The average experience of the management team is 93% the age of RND.
GM – Delivery and Operations
Priya TM has an MBA with 20+ years of experience joining as a HR executive and moving on to become the operations and delivery head. She is responsible for integrating, synergizing the various functional activities for delivering the Organizational goals. She is also in charge of cost budgeting and macro management.
AGM – RCM Services
Pradeep Kumar is an MBA with more than 17 years of experience at RND is heading the DME vertical and is responsible for production planning, process modelling, customer liaising, quality delivery and team building.
AGM – Products and Processes & Head - Automation & Data
Vijaibabu has a masters in business administration, certified lead auditor in ISMS ,QMS and GDPR. He is responsible for formulating and upgrading the systems and processes to meet and improve the organizational deliveries. He is also designated as Chief Information Security Officer and responsible for data security and integrity.
AGM – People Resources
Nandagopal is a MSW(Master of Social Work), been with RND for more than 20 years and heads the HR and administration. He ensures smooth management of infrastructure, statutory and legal compliance and Knowledge sharing across services.
AGM - Network & Security
Ashokkumar is a computer science graduate, certified ISMS and GDPR lead auditor, has been with RND for 14 years and is responsible for network infrastructure management and security, risk mitigation and business continuity.
AGM - Business Developement
Anbarasu Natarajan leverages his experience in talent enablement and partnering with the emerging opportunities in linguistic services. An MBA with 20+ years of experience across multiple industry verticals.he leads the Business Development initiatives across RNDSoftech’s business verticals.
